WHO WE ARE
Gary Christian Center is an independent, non-denominational church that expresses a charismatic style of worship. We are committed to magnifying our Lord Jesus Christ in the city Gary and in our generation by an uncompromised proclamation of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. Our commitment deepens daily as we endeavor to build up the Body of Christ through ministering to God’s people with love and compassion.

OUR MESSAGE
Our message at Gary Christian Center is emphasized by expressing that God is sovereign, that He rules in the heavens above and in the affairs of men. Our teachings are based upon Godly principles being presented in a practical way for everyday practical living. Our message is dedicated to strong emphasis 
upon family relationships and family values.

We exist to touch a generation, by touching the heart of God, and the heart of people.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

• We believe in the triune God who exists as God the Father, 

• the Son and the Holy Spirit. 

• Jesus Christ is true God and true man. 

• The Holy Spirit is a person in the Godhead and God's agent in the world. 

• The Old and New Testament scriptures are the divinely inspired word of God. 

• All have sinned and come short of the glory of God and are in need of salvation. 

• It is the will of God that every believer is filled with the Holy Spirit. 

• Healing is provided in the redemptive work of Christ and is available to every believer. 

• The church consists of all those who have received Jesus Christ as their personal savior. 

• There shall be a bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust. 

• The return of Jesus Christ will be personal, visible, and imminent. 

• We believe in the practice of the Lord's Supper.

Commitment
Our commitment is to magnify and exalt Almighty God, 
His Son Jesus Christ and the precious Holy Spirit in the 
city of Gary and in our generation. St. John 12:32 

• By remaining a Christ centered ministry. 

• By focusing on reaching the lost, emphasizing world 

• outreach, missions and evangelism. 

• By living a loving and holy life in such a way that will attract 

• a hurting world to a loving God.

Building up the Body of Christ through ministering to God's people with love and compassion.  Ephesians 4:12 

• An open door ministry with a heart for all people. 

• A ministry train God's people to walk in faithfulness, integrity and character.

Our purpose is to unveil the unsearchable riches of Christ in a practical 
way for every day practical living. Isaiah 28:10 

• By being a Holistic ministry, to enhance knowledge, understanding and 

• comprehension of the Gospel.

Committed and commissioned to becoming a dynamic, vibrant and progressive ministry. Where the people of God are dedicated to building their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Isaiah 58:12
